Ashleé Wilson, LPCC
Ashleé S. Wilson is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who specializes in co-occurring and dual diagnosis, addressing both mental health and substance abuse issues. With a firm commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices, Ashleé effectively treats a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, addictions, personality disorders, and trauma. Additionally, she is trained in mindfulness meditation, which she incorporates into her therapeutic approach.
As a woman of color, Ashleé is a passionate advocate for mental wellness within the BIPOC community. She is the visionary founder and CEO of Haven Haus, an innovative platform designed to support clients and clinicians of color. Haven Haus streamlines the process for individuals seeking BIPOC therapists, making it simpler and more accessible. For fellow clinicians, Ashleé aims to empower them to establish and expand their own private practices, free from the constraints of traditional group practice structures.
In addition to her role at Haven Haus, Ashleé is also the CEO and founder of Ashleé Eden, her individual private practice where she embodies the meaning of the name “Eden”—a haven of peace. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ashleé is focused on helping her clients transform the limiting thoughts that hinder their peace and well-being. She believes that the mind can serve as a sanctuary, and her mission is to assist others in their journey towards healing and clarity for improved mental wellness.
Licensed in both California and Hawaii, Ashleé holds a bachelor’s degree in African & African American Studies from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). Her academic journey was enriched by her experience mentoring incarcerated teen girls, which sparked her passion for guidance counseling. She went on to earn her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu and began her career in the criminal justice system, aiding those transitioning from incarceration to recover from substance abuse. Currently, Ashleé also serves active duty service members, bringing her expertise to a variety of settings, from inpatient mental health to private practice.
Beyond her professional life, Ashleé treasures her roles as a military wife and mother. She and her husband, Anthony, whom she met in Rome, Italy, are proud parents to two daughters. Although they frequently relocate every three years, their duty stations—Italy, California, and Hawaii—offer unique experiences that Ashleé cherishes. A lover of travel and quality time with loved ones, she is an enthusiastic planner and host for social gatherings. Known affectionately as a “neat freak,” Ashleé has exceptional organizing and decorating skills, often seen with her beloved label maker in hand!
Ashleé S. Wilson is not only a skilled clinician but also a devoted family member who brings warmth and creativity to both her professional and personal life.
